Squirrel in a Box for Hotels comes in 1, 2 and 3 terminal configurations. There's no need for a separate office computer or host/server. Operating on Windows XP, Squirrel's Workstation 9P is a terminal and office computer all-in-one, allowing you to work between your point of sale application and back office functions.
For 2 and 3 terminal configurations, Squirrel's Workstation 9 is the POS terminal of choice. If your operation grows and you decide to migrate to Squirrel Professional, your Squirrel in a Box for Hotels hardware can make the trip with you.
